I am a professional wildlife photographer and qualified field guide registered with FGASA (Field Guide Association of Southern Africa.)

I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and have many years’ experience photographing wildlife in countries as diverse as Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Namibia, Botswana and of course, South Africa.

From a young age, I was passionate about wildlife, the bush and photography. I began my photographic career while studying journalism. After many years working in the print and media industry, I entered the world of television broadcasting where I worked on the technical side. This career choice has afforded me the opportunity to travel throughout Africa where I have worked and lived.

I guide and host tailor-made photographic safaris, workshops and tours in and around Southern and East Africa. With a deep respect for, and an understanding of, Africa and its wildlife, my safaris allow you, the traveler, to not only enhance your photography, but also gain a lifelong admiration for Africa’s wildlife and culture.

I host private tailor-made photographic safaris, where you can experience the beauty of Africa through your own eyes and camera.
